Hi My 09 tdci Mondeo MK4 has a strange temperature gauge issue. Sometimes it will appear ok (it never goes past halfway) but most other times not really. Usually it will warm up fairly slowly and only get up to halfway when at speed (60+), slowly dropping down to 1/4 or just below when encountering towns/traffic and driving at a lower speed, but occasionally it does spend most of the journey
Hi Got a sImilar problem to one of your posts, I've got a 2007 Mondeo mk4 2.0l tdci titanium x. When it gets hot, the engine starts to get lumpy and has actually cut out. The main problem is it won't … could well be a relay. there are 2 relays for front wipers. R8 and R11 in engine fusebox. Relay 11 is always switched on whenever wipers work, on any speed. On speed 1 or intermittent, relay 11 outputs voltage through closed contacts of relay 8 and supplies low speed wiper wire. if second speed is selected, relay 8 is also switched on and
I have no 3rd brake light in the middle of the tailgate top. The indicators on the tailgate don't work and the passenger side 501 bulb on the headlight doesn't work. Fog lights and reverse work ok on the tailgate. Trying to find out how to remove the middle brake light strip at the moment. Not great. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Battery $100-200, Alternator $150-$300. Most battery lights will come on when a vehicle starts if the computer has detected that the voltage is too low to turn the starter at the proper RPM. Your Mondeo’s battery light can come on at any time while driving if the voltage drops below a certain threshold.
