On my 2014 690 E/R, manual says to change every 10,000 km or 6214 miles. So, I change every 5000 miles and I use Motorex Cross Power 10w60. First change was sooner of course, but every 5K miles ever since. Approaching my 20,000 mile oil change and everything has been perfect so far.

Diesel McNasty. So I’m ready to do my post one hour/break in oil change on my new 500. As most of you know KTM doesn’t supply a printed manual any longer (really pissed about this).
