Update 2 (December 17) 01:04 pm (IST): A user managed to sort out the issue where Pixel 6 keeps disconnecting with Android Auto occasionally. The workaround is to use a different cable or specifically Amazon-branded USB C to A cable. Those affected can also try connecting their Pixel 6 and Android Auto using the same cable and see if it helps. 4a. Make sure USB debugging is enabled on your Android device. 4b.
